Happy Veteran's Day!

Two of my favorite veteran's are my dad and Bro. Clendennen.  They both are former Marines.  So, naturally the Marines have always been my favorite!  My family has veteran's on both sides, and I am so proud of them all and thankful for their service!

The School of Christ has been going for 17 years and in over 100 nations.  Bro. Clendennen always said that his training in the military taught him to be a soldier for Christ!

Six Years Today...

November 8, 2003 doesn't seem like it was that long ago, but today is our six year anniversary!!! It is hard to believe, and a lot has happened during those few years.  I would have never thought that I would be living in Fort Worth if you would have told me that on our wedding day!!  God has been so good to us, and I am so thankful that He guides us and takes care of us.  Here are some "then" and "now" pictures.

Arrangement by Marie

My mother-in-law, Marie, made me this beautiful arrangement.  Cliff's family came up for a visit and while they were here we headed over to Canton.  While we were shopping, I found some beautiful artificial flowers and berries.  I had Marie arrange them for me since she has a lot of experience with flowers!!  This picture really doesn't do it justice.  It is so much prettier in person.  Thanks Marie!  I know I will enjoy it for a long time!!!

Here are a few pictures from our visit Sunday and Monday.  Sunday after church we went with pastor and his family and other friends from church to Pappasito's.  Sunday night after church after we went to Braum's for ice cream.  Monday we did some shopping and also went by Founder's Plaza at DFW Airport to watch planes land and take off.

Canton Trade Days

Friday we went to the Canton Trade Days with Cliff's Mom and Dad.  Canton was amazing, and we had a great time shopping!  Tinker even was dressed and ready to shop with us.  She wasn't so sure about all of the crowd, but she did get a lot of attention that day.

Here are just some of the pretty things we saw that day.  We also went to a store called Paul Michaels that is on the Canton property, but I didn't get any pictures because I was so busy looking around and enjoying their complimentary sandwiches, fruit, cookies, and soft drinks!

This is Little Boo doing what he does best....RELAX!  When he gets so relaxed he lets his tongue hang out!  It is the funniest thing to see.  I had to grab my camera and film this.  He was asleep before I started recording!
