Goodbye Gold!
The time has come for the gold to go away! We've already changed the gold light fixtures, and now we working on the last part...the knobs and hinges for all the doors. We are doing it a little at a time so I am having to be patient. This is really not that exciting to most people, but I am so glad it is going away even if it is a slow process! I have been looking forward to this day since we bought the house. What is really exciting is that I have changed out a lot of the knobs and hinges myself! I love using power tools, but I am not a pro! I get started and Cliff usually has to come bail me out! I look forward to trying to learn how to do more things as we remodel.

Looks good Kim. I know how much you hated those gold fixtures. You have fabulous taste!
Getting rid of gold fixtures is a big deal!!! I think it is amazing the difference it makes:) We still have gold on our front door...yuck! I can't wait for that to be gone:) OH, and I love the color of the paint!
